Virtual Assistant/ Cold Caller

Hello All, we are looking for a cold caller/Virtual Assistant who knows their duties and works well with others. The ideal candidate for this role should have a good understanding of real estate, customer service, and operations. Say the word "blue" in your voice message to let me know you read this. This position allows for hands-on contributions through all phases of development. You must be able to speak English almost as naturally as a U.S. citizen, if you can't please do not reply. The base pay is $400/month plus commission that would range to $500 extra per successful lead closed per month. This is a highly analytical role but the pay for this job is higher than most listings on this platform. If you cannot successfully find at least one qualified lead within the first two months of employment then you will be let go since this role isn't for you. First Week if hired is dedicated to training and a test would be given to know that you comprehended the tasks. Payments would be made weekly via transferwise. We are looking for a full-time employee that plans to "Stay" with the company and has the best communication with partners.

Your Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Import leads from software
• Export leads to other CRM’s
• Add and manage CSV files
• Cold Call (vet potential leads to see if they qualify)
• Manage Facebook Ads
• Text blast leads
• Schedule appointments
• Youtube editing
• Reach Daily Key Point indicators.
• Scrape leads from certain websites
