YouTube Video Editor for Freestyle Rap Channel

Hello :) I am a freestyle rapper/content creator who has a following of about 40k across platforms I am currently refocusing my energy on my YouTube channel. I am looking for an editor that can adapt and expand upon my editing style. The pay will be per video or monthly salary depending on the performance. The pay will scale relative to the success of the channel. I work on a schedule and will always give you ample time to complete the video. (4 Days for 10 Minute Video) I edit my own videos and know how much work it takes, you will always be compensated fairly for your work.
