Social Media Marketing VA

We are a serviced accommodation provider in the UK and we're looking for another VA to join our small team.

This is a permanent part-time job that requires a minimum of 12 hours a week.
Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday between 11am - 3pm UK Time (should be flexible working within these hours)

The successful candidate will work directly with the director and a team of 4 others, learning the business.
Training and support will be provided.
This position is only suitable for someone looking for a long term, permanent position, who will grow along with the company.

THE ROLE
Create a strategic marketing plan & and periodically asses it's effectiveness
Creating and posting content for our Facebook page
Proven experience in digital marketing & sales would be an advantage
Sending out weekly texts, periodic emails & sourcing through local research
Excellent organisation skills


JOB OFFER:
12 hours a week (starting/minimum)
$3 per hour rate for candidates with proven experience
After 1 month of working together, we offer:
Welcome to the team increase $3.25 per hour rate
10 days paid holidays a year (commensurate of part-time working hours)
13 month paid bonus (commensurate to part-time working hours)
5% increase in pay and an annual increase thereafter.
