Senior OnPage SEO Expert

Hi,

We have a new agency site we are about to launch. We are looking to hire someone part-time (and eventually move to full time) that can help us plan and execute the following tasks:

* Keyword Topic Research to identify easier to rank for keywords (to execute first), followed by medium difficulty and lastly, hard to rank keyword terms

* Topic and Keyword Clustering (using content silos). We need you to understand Word2Vec & Clustering from a topic and keyword perspective (to execute this plan)

* Understand Google Vision and Image AI (and use to use this with the 1st point on all the content that gets published

* Help to publish commercial intent pages with low competition first (for quick wins)

* Understand ---------- really well and implement to exploit all opportunities where schema markup will help our site to rank and get traffic

* Have a strong understanding of the call to action and conversion elements that help visitors to take desired actions

* Have working knowledge with content tools like SurferSEO or Article Insights

* Have working knowledge with tools like ----------

* Strong working knowledge of Wordpress and configuration using tools like RankMath

* Using Wordpress plugins like Link Whisperer (or know how to do internal linking manually) to achieve strong and solid crawl rates by Google and Bing

* Very strong Google My Business optimisation and ranking knowledge

* Understand Googles crawl budgets and structure our website to perform in search

* Be able to confidently communicate technical requirements on the website to our programmers (for any changes that need to be made)

This job will suit a senior SEO person who might be working full time already or is simply doing freelance SEO and would like to lock in a solid 15-20 hours of work each week for the next 3-6 months. We are looking to eventually making this role full time (or hire another part time person to work with you).

For a full time person, we would be looking to pay around $1500AUD $1600AUD (approx PHP 56000), so around PHP 21000 to PHP 28000 for part ---------- is important that you are the best of the ---------- return, we will pay you a generous pay in exchange for outstanding SEO management.

We will need previous employment references and you will need to show your results (we are totally happy to sign a confidentiality agreement with you too promising not to disclose your results).

Your personality will be such that you are a leader and can confidently execute the bigger plan of getting this new agency site off the ground and ranking. We will allocate the budget for content and link building. You will plan the site structure, keyword strategy, content publishing and internal link building, schema implementation and other tasks required to rank our website (and GMB 3 pack).

We are not looking to do black hat tactics. We are open to plausible grey hat techniques (so you will not be totally restricted to "white hat" as we do not believe that there is such a thing in SEO).

We already have a team of writers and link builders. We just need a strong On Page SEO Expert who can manage all the required tasks to plan them and help to get them executed.

The business is based in Sydney, Australia. We would need you to be available to work during our business hours so that we can effectively communicate with each other.

Your role would be mainly interacting with content writers, programmers, and in some cases, link builders (along with the core business owners). The business is based in Australia.
