Job Description:

1. Pre-listing Marketing
• Create Factsheet for the listing
• Know how to use canva, command to create the flyer.
• Create listing “coming soon”, “just for sale” email campaigns.
• Marketing video editing and post online ( website, youtube, instagram, facebook )
2. Managing the mail campaigns
• Create the mailing postcards for farming and mail out.
3. Website Maintenance
• Once a week website updates and maintenance for updating the feature properties, marketing trends articles, event updates...
4. client’s event and educational seminar marketing packages.
• Follow the event schedules and make the flyers, online evites accordingly, as well as the registration form set up.
• Coordinating with the vendors, business partners for the events.
5. Daily marketing related office coordination.
