Who we are…

Egan Media Group is a media company and digital agency, operating several popular ASMR YouTube channels with 2.5m monthly views. We feature underrated and underappreciated YouTubers and also work with similar small businesses to help grow their following on YouTube.

We operate several media brands but most notably ASMR YouTube channels. As a digital agency we work with small and up and coming YouTubers and strive to give them the best help possible at the best price. EMG is a small family right now with 2 full time staff members but we have big dreams and we’d love to hear from you if you’d like to help us become as big as possible!

The role:

This role will be split between being the general administrator for the company and executive assistant to the CEO. This position will have a HUGE opportunity for growth and team leadership into several areas for the right candidate. Full training will also be provided for the right candidate.

Some duties will include:

- Coordinating with video editor, social media manager and CEO, organizing team and processes using Asana/Trello.
- Keeping files and folders organized using OneDrive.
- Update and create SOPs as required.
- Some basic Social Media Management on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter & Instagram.
- Email management - Responding to and forwarding emails, managing company inbox, etc.
- Some light keyword research.
- Assisting CEO in all areas of business.
- Other duties as required.

We are looking for someone who has availability from 2pm onwards (sometimes 12pm) PST (Pacific Standard Time) Monday to Friday. However you and your family come first so we are happy to create as flexible a schedule as possible for the right candidate.

Salary: Depending on experience. Range of $7 - $10 CAD (Canadian dollar) with bonuses and frequent raises as the company grows.

Hours will be part time to start but will become full time after a brief trial. 25 - 30 hours per week to start.

Programs used: Asana, OneDrive, YouTube, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Trello, Gmail, PrivateEmail, Skype
