Some serious website process automation

I’ve got an idea. And I need help scoping it and telling me if it is realistic.....This job posting is for the actual job - not just the idea/scoping project portion. I have a growing spreadsheet of dog food, cat food, treats, and ---------- includes everything about each product. We are adding new products to this spreadsheet almost ---------- ’s about 500 rows long right now but fully expect that to continue to grow to 2,000 or more rows.

I’d like to create a service on my website where people can put in ingredients into a “tool” and then the output would show them what products in my spreadsheet do NOT have those ingredients in them.

For example, if a dog is allergic to Chicken, Chickpeas, and Rosemary, I’d like to have this “tool,” show them what dog foods do NOT have those three ingredients in ---------- would also need to show them the name of the product, the ingredients, and the link to purchase ---------- a perfect world, it would generate a formal & nice looking report for them as well.

My website is currently a Wix built ---------- doesn’t have to stay Wix if this functionality would be better to be built in a different platform. BUT, I also am open to different tools that could be integrated into my Wix website. Or maybe an app. Or a system that could be connected to my website. Or some other idea you might have!
