Job Responsibilities and Qualifications:
* Believes in the company’s mission, vision and core focus;

* Has good verbal and written English communication skills;
* Have a proven track record in generating results for email and social media marketing;
* Knows how to improve or redevelop our website with modern professional-looking font, white space, SEO search-friendly, and mobile-use friendly. Need to create a landing page for inquiries and applications for job openings (this is a bonus requirement and not necessarily a deal-breaker for position eligibility).

Job Expectations:
As we are a growing company, your role would also grow as we grow! These tasks will be expected of you but will not be limited to the following:
* Must fully understand this position, want the position, and have the capacity to do it. (GWC: Get it, Want it, Capacity to do it)
* Work closely with HR to determine best practices for finding and hiring talent through our marketing efforts.
* Update our website to be more engaging, user-friendly, informative, and up-to-date, then create a landing page for applications and inquiries; Work very closely with a web developer to provide quick up-to-date changes regarding our staff, testimonials, current clients, etc. Must know how to access the website back-end to make necessary changes.
* Establish our social media presence through Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn by creating engaging posts and optimizing them;
* Work with our online mastermind appraiser group on the latest techniques being used to attract lender and non-lender assignments. Also, participate in their discussions and online accountability meetings.
* Think creatively and come up with strategies on how our company will stand out amongst other competitors;
* Work closely with other departments to better understand how our organization works to create and implement effective networking strategies.
* Report to our CEO and leaders about milestones and progress from the marketing side every Friday meetings for leaders.
* Do follow-up or outreach calls when needed for marketing purposes (ex: talk to AMCs and Lenders to introduce our company and for our appraisers to gain more orders).
* Field calls and schedule appointments for Ken or business development leader to meet/recruit new appraisers.
* Think long term about how we can retain long term clients and appraisers and implement the best strategies for relationship development and mindshare.
* Be extremely flexible with this job description as we are a small business and may need to vary workload and tasks as the need arises.
