JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a dependable full-time position you can do from home? This is your chance!

We are a California tech company looking for full-time virtual assistants to help our growing team. We will need you to perform various tasks such as responding to leads (written), conducting marketing research, data entry, and various digital marketing tasks. (non-voice)

The job requires attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong typing skills. We will provide plenty of trainings and are looking for a candidate who is very coachable and learns quickly.

Requirements:

Written and oral English proficiency
At least 50 wpm typing speed
Google Apps Knowledge (specifically sheets and docs)
Excel Spreadsheet knowledge (basic proficiency no need to know Macros or advanced functions)
Stable internet connection (WIRED connection)
Laptop or Desktop computer ( at least i5 or higher, or any equivalent specs) with at least 8 GB RAM. This is needed as you will be working on multiple tabs.
Webcam and noise-canceling headphones or quiet environment (used for weekly meetings)

Desired but not required:
LinkedIn Marketing/prospecting experience
Knowledge of Zapier and API integrations.

Strong work ethic
English fluency

Work hours:

9 AM to 5 PM PST (12:00 AM - 8:00 AM PH Time)

We will provide ALL trainings necessary and make sure your transition goes well when you start.
Work will be full time (40 hours a week avg expectation) and pay will be between $600-$800 per month Depending on Experience. Title and pay promotions will be available and given based on performance and personal growth.
