What We Need:
We, at ADVANCED-COMMERCIAL, are looking for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT with excellent English speaking and writing skills to work remotely. This position is considered an integral part of the Office Team. Successful applicants must be problem-solver, detail-oriented, and honest. You will be working with a remote team of other assistants located in the Philippines.
What We’re Looking For
Work hours:
40+ hours per week from 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM EST
Time Commitment – 100% focused on our business while working; no side jobs
Experience
Experience working remotely for a company in the USA on a USA time schedule
Experience working as an Admin Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Executive Assistant
Experience with tools needed to work remotely
General - Google Sheets/Docs, Microsoft Office
Project Management tools - Slack, Asana, Basecamp
Cloud file systems - Google Docs and Dropbox
Skills and Technical Knowledge
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
MAJOR PLUS:
Basic proficiency in Adobe Acrobat – should know how to create and edit forms in Acrobat
Ability to quickly learn new software programs
Knowledge in basic bookkeeping
Experience in graphic design
Personality & Approach to Work

What You’ll Be Doing
Performing monthly expense reconciliation for submittal to the Accounting Dept
Organizing, electronically filing, maintaining, and accessing data for various projects
Drafting correspondence
Making phone calls to outside parties on behalf of the CEO and CAO
Calendar management
Travel/business reservations management
Completing applications and forms to ensure compliance with licensure, registration, banking, and other regulations
Conducting research via phone and internet
Assisting other Administrative personnel as needed
Creating flyers, brochures, datasheets, logos, and marketing materials
Creating and maintaining procedural playbook for the entire job role
