Marketing VA Needed

We are a beauty and wellness brand looking for an INCREDIBLE marketing and admin VA. The role is a mix of social media, graphics, photo and video editing, sales management, operations and copywriting. More details of the role in the google form below.

We are looking for someone that is
- Proactive/ SELF STARTER- this means you love getting things done. Every day, you will tick off a list of tasks. And when you have finished getting your list done, you will suggest other ideas and things to do.
- You have a growth mindset- this means you are always willing to learn, constantly trying to improve on things personally and professionally.
- You love the details. You get things done properly, double-checking the details to make sure there are no mistakes.
- You are really hardworking and is loyal/ committed. We are looking for someone to stay with us in the long term.
- You should be able to pick things up easily, especially technical things, such as e-commerce software, design software etc. Experience in this is ideal but I can train those who can pick things up quickly and have a willingness to learn quickly.
- You are super organised, accountable and responsive.
- Adapts well to difficult scenarios and is an effective problem solver.

An interest in beauty and wellness is a plus!

- This is a fun and dynamic long term role, working directly with the founder in the UK. Where you will learn lots and be involved in lots of exciting projects and tasks.
- We are flexible on where and when you work as long as you get what you need to be done, however would like you to work at least half your hours during UK morning time.
- Stress-free working environment, we are an easy-going team, we expect you to be open with your communication.
