Temp to Full Time Virtual Assistant/Email Support

I am looking for an assistant to:

-collect emails of bloggers, influencers, and anybody with a large following in my niche and begin emailing them offering me to guest blog post for their website.
-Manage press releases for my business, using sites and services such as HARO.
-Forming joint venture relationships with online information product owners, with the goal of them promoting my product.
-Manage social media accounts such as instagram, twitter, etc.
-among other misc. tasks
