Customer Support skills:
- Good to excellent ability to write and verbalize instructions in English.
- Highly organized and ability to manage a Help Desk ticketing system where you can add, manage/update and complete tickets.
- Highly proficient Phone, email and chat communication skills in English

Are you looking to work for a long-term US based company, full time (40 hours/week)? Our average team member has been with us 5 years. We're growing and need to expand our team!

We are a Service (SaaS) company that is hiring a customer support person to assist with the following:
- Manage client support requests
- Troubleshoot issues and/or log support requests for software developers
- Provide basic training via written instructions, screenshots or video recordings of your desktop
- Assist managers with client requests and onboarding as needed

Working hours are 8 am - 5 pm CDT/ 9 pm - 6 am Manila time. Please reply with "BLC" in the subject line and a link to your CV so we know you've read this ad.
