About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies as well as managing the execution and analysis of the campaigns for Above Below and specifically the RuckRaft. This role is about driving awareness and engagement of our product and ultimately increasing sales. We are a small team, and are looking for someone who is happy in a hands-on digital marketing role, getting the basics right and bring exciting new ideas of how we could be doing this better.

Key responsibilities for this role:
Develop digital marketing strategies to drive:
1) Awareness of our brand/product
2) Engagement with our brand / content (likes, comments, followers)
3) Action - across direct response performance media, clicks to our website to purchase, sales ---------- liver insight-led (using data, analytics tools) digital marketing recommendations: delivering work for Above Below/RuckRaft across direct response performance media, social media channels. Whether targeting, platform selection, film formats – insight-led decision making is an essential part of this role as we need to adapt and iterate our ideas in line with market change
Implement, manage and optimise campaigns across multiple platforms: Through search, display and paid social, but constantly on the lookout for new platforms/ approaches to reach the right ---------- liver performance analysis and reporting: Identifying opportunities, make recommendations for improvement and generating insights to future ---------- liver measurement, performance and required tracking: Making recommendations and ongoing campaign management.
Work collaboratively with creative teams: Developing new ideas for creative formats and generating briefs in terms of what is needed, formats, specs, and content types


Requirements
Digital marketing strategy experience (preferably with a focus on produce sales).
Knowledge of how to ---------- the use of Facebook Pixel and ---------- techniques
Experience delivering paid digital media campaigns (paid social, Google Ads etc).
Analytics and reporting (Google Analytics, Data Studio) Audience growth (across all social channels, owned channels).
Understanding of SEO and the ability to identify areas for improvement.
