Responsibilities:

????Make sure concerns are responded to within 24 hours and status updates on such requests are updated daily until resolved.

????Work with HR and Online Business Manager to identify KPIs' support team.

????Monitor KPIs weekly.

????Do a monthly report of Support Department KPIs’ as well as individual team members.

Qualification:

????At least 1-year experience as a support manager for a digital marketing company

????Understand digital marketing as a whole.

????Work is full-time so it's best if you don't have clients or just working part-time.

????Work is Homebased.
