JOB DESCRIPTION:

+ Managing the company's payroll bi- monthly

+ Managing company's government contributions (BIR, Philhealth, SSS, PAGIBIG) bi- monthly

+ Monitoring software expenses and report to management weekly

+ Managing unusual cash inflows from Stripe and Disputes on PayPal weekly.

+ Prepare Financial Statements

REQUIREMENTS:

- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.

- With Experience in Bookkeeping such as adjusting entries, accruals and execute monthly reconciliation of key balance sheet accounts

- Knowledgeable with government contributions (BIR,SSS, Philhealth and PAGIBIG)

- Knowledge in tools:
Google Suite (sheets, email, docs, slides)
MS Word
Snipping Tools
Quickbooks
and other Bookkeeping tools
