Transaction Coordinator

- Experience as a Transaction Coordinator or Dispositions in real estate to handle transactions either from wholesale assignments or MLS.
- Requires fluent command of written English.
- Talking to buyers about their buying criteria and building a buyer's list.
- Marketing through calling/email marketing/Facebook and looking for buyers for assigning properties.
- Calling contractors to get quotes for rehab estimates.
- Document filing and organization.
- Ad hoc tasks as necessary.
