We are an amazon brand building company, and looking for a recruiter to help us find the right people for our open positions.
Your role:
1.You will be given the position and brief requirements and you will need to write detailed job descriptions
2.You will be also responsible for coming up with interview questions, and depending on your experience also conduct the first interview.
3.You will be also assisting in creating “test jobs” or “assessments” to test specific skills of the potential candidates
4.You will also be responsible for posting the job description to different platforms like upwork and shortlisting the applicants and communicating with the applicants through the whole recruitment process
5.You will also be required to headhunt people that might be a good fit and invite them to apply to our job offer

Your background:
> at least 1-2 years experience in recruiting for ecommerce positions
> Ability to deal with a wide variety of people - and never lose professionalism and discretion
> You enjoy working in a small, agile, fast-growing start-up environment
> You have an independent, careful and structured way of working, paired with a targeted approach to implementation
