Position: "Product Development & Supply Chain"

This position will include 2 separate divisions at this point, in roughly 3-6 months it's very possible that we will break this position down to 2-4 separate employees, but for now we are looking for someone to start with both of these tasks.

#1: Product Development:
This will include:
Following a process to find more products to add to our existing brands
Researching our existing brand trends, competitors that enter the niche
Perfecting and improving the features of our existing products
Researching & Expanding to new product ---------- veloping and improving our packaging
Research potential marketplaces and offline options for our brands

This job requires:
Patience to run through many different data points
Be organized and precise
Ability to learn and follow the process as shown
Fast and accurate delivery of the data we need
Thinking out of the box (for example, new packaging ideas, new product ideas)
Use google! Simply Use google to figure out issues you might encounter or find new ideas.

#2: Supply Chain
This will include:
Dealing with our suppliers for the entire reorder process
Dealing with new suppliers if needed (mostly located in China)
Ordering our product on time
Managing the entire shipment phase, from purchase to delivery
Dealing with any issues that might come up
Make sure to order and get the products on time
Negotiation with our suppliers, Shipping companies, etc.
