Experienced Operations Manager

Our Australian based client is looking for an Operations Manager with proven Operational Management experience in the Consultancy Engineering Space.

Tasks will include:

- Design effective (and  ideally, inspiring!) quarterly and annual planning process, gaining  input and buy-in during the process from everyone within the business
- Define roles and responsibilities for team members at the division  level, and then roll out changes and manage the transition
- Iterate (or creation) of IP, policies, systems and procedures and  empower the small team.
- Build a well-oiled decision-making process in the business, with a  focus on speeding up decision-making and ensuring decisions are visible  to needed parties
- Redesign business-wide meeting cadence with an eye towards mutual  exclusivity and collective exhaustion
- Create systems and opportunities to ensure the right people are  talking to each other and have insight into each others’ work (start  building Idea Meritocracy)
- Partner with the client's growing team to surface operational and org-level  improvements so they could make better execute on large, multi-team  projects
- Help the company make decisions around tools, e.g. identify when they outgrown a particular tool, or whether they should consolidate  competing tools around the company), etc.

Salary : $2200 - $2740 AUD per month depending on skills, education, experience and a verified track record in success
Working Hours : Flexible between AEDT business hours
