GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS
- Manages the office and oversees the building premises especially in the absence of the Building Administrator
- Answer telephone enquiries from customers, tend to visitors, walk-in customers and assist them with their enquiries
- Maintains files and documents
- Performs office bookkeeping using Microsoft Excel
- Write business letters, reports or office memos using Microsoft Word
- Manages incoming mails either via email or postal service and dispatching of outgoing mails
- Operates a range of office machines such as computers, faxes or photocopiers
- Flexible time schedule especially when the need arises in the office
- Undertake other duties such as banking, marketing, collection, bills payment, purchase of supplies or payroll functions
