EXPERIENCED Part Time Social Media Virtual Assistant

We know there are plenty of VAs out there... but we’re looking for a particularly amazing VA with awesome social media skills.

Are you an experienced social media virtual assistant looking to join a growing, supportive, secure, friendly and hardworking team of 18 years?

We’re seeking a long term, committed and hard working social media virtual assistant to start asap. Work hours are in line with Australian Eastern Standard time (currently +11 for daylight savings).

You should:

* Be efficient and attentive to details, being able to follow instructions very well
* Have excellent communication and literacy skills in English
* Be a team player - you will collaborate closely with other amazing staff, including directors
* Be passionate about what you do and deliver quality results
* Seeking something long term - no short term applicants please

A high level of proficiency with Facebook and Instagram is a must. Pinterest experience is a definite bonus, as well as Twitter. You must have experience managing a busy social media following - our Facebook page has just under 1 million fans, requiring someone who can help manage that level of activity and understand the challenges that comes with it.

Your role will be assisting our Social Media Manager, scheduling new content, and preparing content for posting. You must respond to messages to our social media channels, directing people where to go, as well as help us with our Facebook groups.

TOOLS

We use Slack and Monday for our communication and project management. Experience in these two programs is ideal but not essential.

THE SITE

We educate our readers about pregnancy and parenting, so ideally you will be interested in (or perhaps experienced with!) pregnancy and parenting.
