YouTube/Google Ads Manager

WHAT WE NEED

We are hiring a capable, motivated YouTube/Google Ads Manager to grow our global business.

This is a role only for those who have experience in managing large budgets ($100k+ per month) on YouTube/Google and an understanding of the most recent YouTube/Google ad platform features such as budget optimisation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Create and manage YouTube/Google ad campaigns across the entire funnel.
Create test campaigns to find winning copy, headlines, images / videos
Deploy winning creatives into scaling campaigns
Create effective retargeting campaigns across the different stages of the funnel
Work with the rest of the creative team to provide constructive input into creation of ad images and videos

SKILLSETS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be proficient in english
Must pay great attention to detail
Must have great time management skills
Must be polite and personable and enjoy working with customers
Must have a willingness to learn and grow on the job
Must be self-sufficient and be able to work well without constant management
Must have discernment and be able to adapt and apply feedback accordingly
