Sales Assistant For a High Volume Real Estate Team

I'm looking for a highly qualified assistant to help the acquisitions department in their day to day activities. Our high volume team is needing serious help with back end support as well as lead generation, phone handling, customer care, and email management.

Access Capital Investments, LLC has been a New Jersey based real estate investment firm for 10 years with a strong foot hold and deep understanding of New Jersey real estate.

Job Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

• Answering Calls From Sellers
• Call back sellers who left a voicemail
• Transferring “Hot Leads” directly to the acquisitions manager
• Fill out the Seller Information Web Form every time a lead comes in
• Complete an initial Market Analysis/CMA on the subject property – (Training Available)
• Prepare & Submit Offers using our advanced CRM to Auto-Generate the offer and email/fax/or mail it immediately
• Daily Meeting Call with the Acquisitions Manager to ensure targets and goals are being met
• Weekly Customer Care Follow-up – For Current Clients
• Monthly Old Leads Follow-up
• Managing The Acquisitions Manager’s Email
• Email Marketing Responses & Training
• Finding and seeking out sellers via various online methods

As your abilities improve we will train you on advanced Real Estate Investing methods so you can make offers yourself as well as using the MLS to create detailed property analysis.

Training and Life-Long Education is a staple in our organization and you will be required to daily/weekly spend time educating yourself through our various education platforms which we provide to our employees.

This is a LONG TERM position. Experience in Real Estate and Phone Handling a MAJOR plus.
