Legal Counsel

As Legal Counsel, your main task includes:
- Represent the Group in proceedings before the Department of Trade and Industry, labor tribunals, and courts in the
Philippines.
- Represent the Group before administrative agencies in the Philippines.
- Assist Associate General Counsels in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating of various contracts.
- Coordinate with the Internal Auditor in monitoring regulatory requirements and relevant operational guidelines.
- Review reports submitted by the Compliance Director of alleged breaches and make appropriate recommendations to the
Associate General Counsels.
- Review recommendations of the HR Department on employee complaints and make appropriate recommendations to the
Associate General Counsels.
