Rockstar High-Availability VA Wanted For Phone Appointment Setting In The Mortgage Industry

We're looking for a Rockstar appointment setter with HIGH AVAILABILITY to set appointments with our inbound leads based on commission per successful appointment in the Mortgage industry.

Live transfers are the norm and aggressive follow up with non-contact leads is a must.

We are starting small with the view to scale our lead processing.

Availability for calls outside standard Virgini, USA hours is critical as well as during the day. You are not needed all the time but when a lead comes in, it must be phoned IMMEDIATELY. So this is largely an "on-call" role.

Each call takes about 5-20 minutes and the outcome is an appointment with the Loan Officer.

We're also looking for:
- Perfect spoken English
- Natural, conversational tone
- Initial qualification questions asked
- Consistent customer experience
