Position Overview:
We are rapidly growing and looking for an exceptional Social Sales Representative to join our team. Your responsibilities will be centered around engaging and connecting with our leads and potential clients on all social media platforms. You will also be providing superior customer service to enroll new clients into our program by answering their questions and ease their hesitations while helping them make a decision to join our program. This is a commission based position.

What you’ll do:
Conduct high volume prospecting to advance and qualify leads through our social media channels and virtual tools (Facebook, Instagram, voice memos)
Build rapport with leads and maintain knowledge of their position in the sales funnel to successfully guide them through the journey to joining our program
Set appointments with qualified leads through direct messenger
Navigate direct messenger and have sales conversations with potential clients and leads
Create and proactively manage clients status and updates in our CRM platform
Expedite the resolution of prospect questions to maximize satisfaction
Document and analyze trends that could improve marketing and company messaging
Track metrics on leads, outreach, inbound sales and conversion rates and report to the team daily
Communicate our program details and impact to prospective clients to drive positive decisions

Requirements
Experience in selling and enrolling clients in high end programs ($10k - $20K tickets))
Professional level of verbal and written communications skills
Deep empathy, which shines through the various communication channels
Exceptional organization and time-management are critical to this role
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with prospective clients
Ability to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
Experience and/or willingness to learn the following tools
Google Workspace
Trello
Slack
Thinkific
ClickFunnels
Active Campaign
