Virtual Assistant / Traffic Builder / Transcriptionist

General Job Description--->
English speaking Virtual Assistant to New Media Projects Ltd required for various online initiatives, primarily focusing on
Internet Business Generation. A one month probation period will be applicable at the start, thereafter a two-week notice
period will be in place by either party. From a legal perspective, this role will be regarded as an independent contract
position to New Media Projects Ltd and all tax affairs need to be handled by the candidate according to their local tax
laws.

Experience Requirements--->
• Must have: MS-Office; general virtual assistant experience; traffic generation (general SEO, link-building or directory
submission of some kind); basic Wordpress skills.
• Preferred: Video-editing skills; social media marketing; HTML; CSS; PHP; niche keyword research.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Virtual Assistant: General blog / website support and maintenance; online competitor analysis; keyword research;
email auto-responder management (Aweber); podcast editing and submission, proof-reading; twitter posting /
scheduling; general tester; basic customer support.
• Transcriptionist: Transcribe audio and video podcasts into text.
• Traffic Generation: Link-building; social media marketing / networking; forum posting; blog commenting; mini-net
(link-wheel) building; directory submission (video, blog, etc).

• Great communication skills as well as ability to work with others in different locations.
• Reliability and diligence to complete tasks on time.
• Ability to self-manage and ensure work packages are delivered without constant monitoring.
• Confidence to ask for assistance when required, and not wait until the last minute.
• Ability to seek out answers and problem solve.
