VA; Appointment Booking/Lead Management: $3-5h

Opportunity Summary
Full time: 40h a week = 480$ first 3 months
*Work for home and set your own hours. More hours more money fewer hours less money.*

After Probation: 3 month Probation

-Work from anywhere/anytime (Requirements, Fluent English, Bank Account/Etran, Good Wifi Speed, Cell Phone, Computer access, some sales experience, good communication skills & A Hustlers Mentality)



DailyTasks; Admin
- Organize & respond to all leads (emails, social channels, ad leads)
- Filter & forward leads qualified to sales
- Website/FB/IG Live Chat Management
- *Set up & book appointments * FOLLOW UP’s!
- Calling/Emailing leads within 7 minutes of receiving the info.*bonus on booked appointments
- Track All Information in CRM (Birthdays, issues, hopes, dreams, emotions. Anything to help close the deal and understand our client to best build a relationship.)

What Is your skill level?
- Beginner: 3-6 Clients
- Intermediate:6-9 Clients
- Expert: 9-12 + Clients
(Max 21accounts) *know your limit stay within it $100 bonus after 15*


Clients Responsibilities;
- Clients Relationship & Retention (Question & Requirements):
- Tracking booked Scheduling: Make sure potential clients make their appointment with our sales teams
- Keep track of new leads
- *CLIENT Prospecting & Qualifying*

5 strikes in a month N your out
- Fail to reply in 24h without probable cause
- No doing daily task
- False hours
- P0-1 incomplete
Priority Levels;
P0-5; 0-24h , P1-1Day, P2- 48h, P3- 1Week, P4 - 2weeks, P5 - 1month

Perks:
*You can work whenever you want. You will not have to wake up or work at any given time unless directed.
*You can work as much as you want. I will pay you a salary but if you work extra hours you will get paid.
*Flexible Vacation, if you need time off just let us know.
*Opportunity to advance/get bonuses, if you do a good job I will give you a raise and bonuses.
