-Build and maintain strong client relationship
-Monitor and ensure the accuracy, timeliness and every successful delivery of our solutions according to customer’s needs
-Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
-Collaborate with Sales and Marketing department to identify effective marketing services to meet the set quota
-Recommends new business products to the existing clients for the improvement on their production
Answer customer’s inquiries/questions from social media,
Delivering daily and monthly reports regarding handled accounts
Forecast and track account’s metrics such as Annual Forecast, Monthly and Quarterly Sales
Maintain and achieve high sales targets and goals
Conducting sales presentations to handled clients including high-level personnel
Managing and maintaining strong business provider-client relationship with excellent quality of service
Sharing feedback and suggestions regarding the improvement and market research to all members of the team
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess at least Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing or Communication.
Preferably with 1-4 years’ experience in Sales-Retail/General or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a small team would be an advantage.
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
