JOB OVERVIEW

Intro
I run a video production business in Brisbane, Australia and I’m looking to hire a VA to manage my Linkedin account and use it to generate leads for my ---------- itially, the tasks will mainly be about reaching out to (existing and new) connections on Linkedin and managing them as leads.

But as time progresses, this will turn into something that also covers other platforms.

I have a very precise method of doing this. You will be given step by step, easy to follow instructions on everything.

Key responsibilities:
Instructions will be given on how to do these.
Go into Linkedin and Sales Navigator every ---------- arch for ideal prospects and connect with them.
Reply to inbound messages.
Manage leads inside Linkedin and a CRM.
Posting across multiple platforms (Facebook/Linkedin/Instagram) from time to time.
Occasional basic graphics editing tasks such as annotating and marking up images. Access will be given to the right software.

What you need to have in order to qualify:
Be a good ---------- t just with leads, but also when it comes to reporting back to me.
Must have good spoken and written English.
Able to follow instructions very closely.
Resourceful - can find solutions independently
Familiar with how to use Linkedin (you will be given step by step instructions)
Must have some lead generation skills/experience in the past.
Must have strong customer service skills
Must have a stable internet connection and personal computer/laptop

Nice to have skills:
If you have these, you will be given a higher preference
Telesales or appointment setting experience
Any experience with using CRM or automation will be favoured.
Ability to do basic graphics editing such as creating markups would be useful.
