Responsive Webpage Designer

I am looking for a detail oriented front end developer who is able to build webpages from scratch utilizing the bootstrap framework and responsive design. You will work under my business partner (Creative Director) who I have been working with for 13 years. I am NOT looking for Wordpress developers we write all of our code from scratch and Wordpress is not something we will be using.

You may have to interactive with some PHP as our websites use inline ---------- itial designs will be pure HTML using our existing framework. You will be required to sign a non-disclosure.
