Ensure our clients experience the most compelling marketing and promotional materials for the purpose of fully leveraging the benefits of our software. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about persuasive language and enjoys sharing how to use it with clients and teammates in a friendly, engaging manner. Candidates are detail-oriented, comfortable with metrics and timelines, and capable of executing quality work efficiently. Documentation and follow-up are required and critical.
The Copywriter position will help maintain, manage, and deliver onboarding for ADMD clients. You will work closely with our clients to customize workflow applications and to identify and develop enhancements to continue the success of current offerings. You will participate in pre/post sales calls to add value as a subject matter expert as well as manage first-level troubleshooting after implementation.
• Determine customer needs and objections, and address in messaging in order to increase value and ROI for the business.
• Continuously improve/customize existing messaging.
• Liaise with customer support, existing sales, and other areas of the business to test and roll out new messaging, and to gain feedback and monitor the effectiveness of existing messaging.
• Provide messaging assistance to clients as needed.
• Participate in the development process to ensure the product meets specifications.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Requirements
• Seeking an individual with high energy and motivation wanting to contribute in a small team environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a copywriter. Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, project management, and systems thinking skills.
• Ability to efficiently work on multiple active projects concurrently and work well both independently and as part of a team, meeting communicated schedules.
• Ability to maintain good working relationships with internal and external clients.
• Ability to quickly learn new software applications.
• Proficient in Google G-Suite and other common business applications.
