We are looking for a highly experienced Hiring Manager!
This person will be directly responsible for partnering with Grow Enrollments’ stakeholders to understand the human resource needs and candidate requirements, develop sourcing strategies to provide quality talents and manage an all-inclusive, streamlined, and objective recruitment process.
We’ve been experiencing massive growth over the past 7 years of being in business and this growth has led to the opening of a new Hiring Manager role that has a ton of upwards potential for the right person. You would have the opportunity to work with the company’s senior executives and the CEO himself!

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with CEO and department heads to gain a deep understanding of Grow Enrollments’ structure, goals and gaps to execute on providing talent needs that will help drive business impact
- Lead a full-cycle recruitment process from drafting job offers to negotiating contracts
- Team up with Operations Team in developing an effective search strategy for each role, including mapping and gaining an understanding of the competitive talent markets
- Develop and execute effective and efficient sourcing strategies to engage and nurture a diverse market of talents
- Screen, qualify and interview prospective candidates whilst ensuring to facilitate a high-quality candidate experience
- Develop and run an interview process that is efficient, thorough, and inclusive, and partner with stakeholders to assess candidates objectively based on Grow Enrollments’ core values
- Identify opportunities to solve problems and improve the overall hiring process with a focus on scalability, diversity, and inclusivity
- Promote a positive team environment of equality and inclusion
- Active communicator to make sure stakeholders are always in the loop
- Effective communicator to make sure people know what you mean and avoid loss of time through miscommunication and able to establish rapport with candidates and employees at all levels
- Team leadership to ensure all team members work towards the same goal

Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high growth start-up environments; preferably with both in-house and agency experience
- Well-networked within the digital marketing and IT industries is a huge plus
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data and market insights to come up with an effective recruitment strategy
- Updated with the latest and most effective recruitment tools and sourcing channels in the market
- Knowledgeable with labor legislation, international tax guidelines, and insurance
- Experienced and passionate to connect with the best pool of candidates and close mid to senior talents/roles
- Proven experience in building and managing a diverse candidate pool
- Friendly and nice - you need to get along. If people don't like working with you, you can't do this job
- Immaculate spoken and written English. Minimum 8 out of 10.
- Focused - You need to give this job your full attention. You won't be able to stay focused if you work other gigs.
- Resourceful - can find solutions independently and use what is available to create answers
- Technical - able to learn new tools without much effort
