Need a Full Stack Dev team for an ecommerce web app (SaaS) for Shopify + Woocommerce, to send notification with Whatsapp

Hi, I need qualified freelancers with previous experience, to develop a web app around Shopify and Woocommerce, to allow ecommerce store owners to send automatic messages to their customers on WhatsApp.

The specifications are :
- a Shopify app
- a Woocommerce plugin
- a dashboard where the store owners can see their customers abandoned cart
- the possibility for the store owner to edit automated messages and choose when they will be automatically sent to the customer, on WhatsApp
- the web app will use WhatsApp Business API to send automatic notifications to the customer

The app will be used for :
- abandoned cart recovery
- orders notifications
- tchat on WhatsApp with the customer
