Creative Director

QuickJumps is looking for a dedicated, full time, Creative Director who wants to work for a fast growing celebrity giveaway and branding agency.

This job isn't for everyone. You'll be leading a creative team and pushing your mind to new limits everyday with new tasks to do with marketing material and social media related post, along with managing influencer relations and setting up future celebrity giveaway campaigns.

-Must be very experienced with Instagram
-Manage the creative process from concept to completion
- Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies
- Work closely with multidisciplinary project teams, particularly IT
Lead and direct the creative team in the production of all marketing collateral
Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met
- Oversee client pitches and proposals
- Oversee deliverables, timelines and budgets
- Meet with clients or upper management to explain campaign strategies and solutions
- Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams
- Remain actively involved in hiring and training creative staff
- Manage and cultivate the career development of staff members, including designers, art directors, copywriters, photographers and web developers
- Influencer Email outreach
- DM blast, blasting everyone who we've messaged when we launch a new offer
- Daily Outreach to find potential prospects and clients (scripts will be provided)
- Influencer Management (Custom Bios, Content Calendars, Posting, Caption Creation, Responding to comments, finding re-postable content)
- Must be able to create unique captions that are grammatically correct
- Custom Support
- We will be using Trello a lot and other platforms to plan out tasks
- Must be able to take team calls and be on calls with clients when needed
