Job Description:
Hi there! We are hiring a part-time admin virtual assistant to help us work on several administrative tasks and creating systems for the business.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role is an advantage.
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Suite)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar, Co-Schedule)
- Familiarity with Zoom and
- Excellent
- Excellent time management skills
- Solid organizational skills
Knowledge and experience with Mailchimp is a plus.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
- Document admin procedures & then follow those procedures if needed
- General admin tasks such as research and report writing
- Social Media Management
- Some SEO Work
- Other administrative tasks that the CCO and CEO may delegate as needed
10-20 hours per week
ABOUT COMPENSATION:
Payment is $3 Can per hour
Pay monthly or bi-monthly at the most
We give pay increases based on performance, the first evaluation will take place 3 months after the VA is hired.
