About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptionally compelling, strategic and creative candidate for the Senior Marketing Manager role to join our growing global team. This position serves as voice of the customer and transforms our innovative products, services, and platforms into a compelling narrative that inspires our customers globally.
This role shapes our brand and is responsible for the complete marketing process, from brand positioning to feature prioritization, external communications and understanding the competition. You’ll shape our brand and messaging, working to expand and grow our customer base. In addition, you’ll be expected to be a doer as well as a thinker, who does not settle for the expected and conventional, but works to push ideas beyond the norm.

Responsibilities:
• Lead strategy, development and execution of all marketing programs to achieve objectives of enhanced user experience, engagement and retention, brand exposure and conversion.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that increase traffic and conversion through a range of techniques including advertising, search engine optimization (organic and paid), email, social, etc.
• Develop brand and content opportunities and recommend strategies that bring product and customer experiences to life.
• Steward all customer touch points, from websites and email campaigns to advertising and in-store point of experience.
• Manage end-to-end orchestration, optimization and reporting of integrated digital marketing programs. Analyze funnels and marketing plan effectiveness, provide plans and recommendations to stakeholders on optimization opportunities.
• Write creative and messaging briefs, engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop campaigns.
• Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams that include creative, marketing, PR, web, product experience, engineering and external partners.
• Apply great attention to detail with top-notch presentation, written and verbal communications skills.
• Oversee budget development, management and tracking for all programs.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts and service providers.

Requirements:
• 4+ years experience in integrated marketing, managing, growing and optimizing awareness, user acquisition and conversion campaigns
• Experience with Google Analytics and other tracking systems with proven abilities to compile, analyze and makes recommendations based on performance data and metrics.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a fast-pace team.
• Outstanding leadership skills as well as the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across functions and teams within a fast growing organization
• A good listener, collaborator, and influencer. Ability to interface with people at all levels within the organization.
• Self-driven, fearless interest and curiosity in innovation and world-changing leaps in technology.
