The position requires spending 20 - 30 hours, every week or other week, in order to progress 1 or 2 recordings/transcripts toward almost-finished blog posts.

• Mark up transcript in Google Docs, identifying parts worthy of highlighting and cutting from the episode
• Write several potential titles and teaser bullets (example – ---------- /ep5)
• Identify items that should be linked
• Write a ---------- word summary of the most important points conveyed by the author
