General Virtual Assistant

Tasks/Projects:

You will be responsible for a range of tasks involving customer service, social media monitoring and order fulfilment. When you are not fulfilling orders and handling customer service, you will find and list new products. Some of the tasks required will be as follows:

Fulfilling orders (buying product from supplier, entering in tracking info into Shopify, Cartzy etc.)
Responding to customer inquiries/complaints
Managing refunds and disputes
Check documents, web pages and brand assets for typos.
Research and listing new products
Create reports
Ensure web pages are up to date
Ensure social media profiles are up to date
Ensure personal brand or company brand website is up to date
Ensure links on the websites are working properly
Respond to DMs and comments
Ensure all DMs do not go unresponded to
Create a posting schedule for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
Create content to post on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
Create a stories posting schedule for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
Create consistent stories content
Transfer Instagram stories to Facebook personal profile and LinkedIn
Comment and like others posts on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn feeds
Assign designs/graphics to designers
Ensure all posts are ready to post (Plannable)
Write captions
Schedule posts (Planoly)
Create a better organizational structure for content in Google Drive
Create new Facebook fan/business pages
Create new Facebook groups
“Like” Facebook comments.
Promote Facebook pages & groups
Create/update cover photos

We are looking for staff on a full-time basis as an ongoing job. With that being said, some of the key requirements are:

Position Requirements:
Be extremely reliable
Have a great feedback history on online jobs
Be able to work my hours either based on location New Zealand (5 hours ahead of Manila) or Sweden ( 7 hours behind Manila ). This is to be discussed!
Be an excellent communicator with reliable internet access and a ---------- account.
Very skilled in communicating in and speaking English.
Work a minimum of 20 hours per week, up to 40 hours(may vary each week).
Be available for approximately 3-4 hours of VA work per day, with an average of 20 plus hours per week.
Have a fast turnaround time for tasks, work quickly and have the ability to work on multiple projects at once.
Have the fastest available high-speed internet connection.
Submit examples of your previous ---------- plete a small trial project (for which you would be compensated) to ensure you are a good fit for this position.
Successfully complete a “trial period” once hired to determine if you are a good long-term fit to work with me/my ---------- eck-in daily, both before you start your work and at the end of your assignments each day.
