T-Shirt Designer / Illustrator Needed Full-Time $450 per Month

Dear Applicant, we are a well established European t-shirt-seller and are looking for experienced illustrators and graphic designers to produce hundreds & potentially thousands of high-quality t-shirt designs.

Your task will be simple. I will send you a list of ideas for t-shirts that I would like to created, and I would like you to be artistic and creative to recreate the idea in your own style. For example, I may send you a link and I would like your unique spin on the idea to create a more visually appealing design.

Illustrator $3 - $5 per illustration
We will pay more for very detailed graphic designs or illustrations.

You are looking for a fixed monthly income? Awesome, we can also negotiate a fixed salary per hour. $350 - $500 per month based on your experience.

How to start:
To start I will provide guidelines for 2 paid test designs. I will ask you to complete these in a timely manner. Based on the quality of your work we will open up discussions to work on a monthly basis.
