Job overview:
We are looking for excellent Live Chat consultants to answer questions related to sales and helping them with Onboarding.
Your only mission is to help our customers grow their business by using our apps.
The Candidate
1. Should be comfortable with Live Chat and helping customers with onboarding so that the customers correctly configure the applications
2. Very good English writing skill - The job will involve lots of live chats and
3. Sincere and proactive with a great attitude to getting things done , able to coordinate with various people across countries
5. Great skill to demonstrate the value proposition to our prospects
7. Should have a quiet office, a very high speed, and stable internet connection, a high spec laptop
8. HIGHLY DESIRABLE- Prior experience and knowledge of working with apps that deal with any of these fields:
loyalty marketing, referral marketing, giveaways, sweepstakes, ESPs,
1. You should be comfortable working in US timezone.
2. You should have worked as a live chat consultant in a SaaS app product company
3. ID Proof should be 99 or above
4. IQ test score should be greater than 115
5. You should have the Government ID uploaded (do not send this to us)
6. ENGLISH PROFICIENCY TEST should be C2
