We are in need of 2 project- based customer service associate as replacement for a staff going on a maternity leave in about two months' time.
Job description
- Answer client queries through calls and
-Direct concerns to the departments concerned
-Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Requirements:
With prior customer service experience
knowledge in the print industry is a plus
preferably can emulate an Australian accent
Has own equipment
Able to use VoIP
