Cold Calling Homeowners to Sell - Amazing English Required

Introduction:

I am looking for an expert cold caller to call a list of leads that I will provide. Having your own dialer is preferred, but I do have a Google Voice account you can utilize to make the calls. This job requires someone who is comfortable talking to people and asking questions (screening ) to see if they want to sell their home and/or be open to a cash offer or terms. You are not required to set appointments; the expectation is to gauge their interest in selling.


Job Summary:
-Cold call homeowners to see if they are interested in selling their homes and if they are interested in selling it for cash or terms (owner-financing/subject-to).
-Pre-qualify leads and ask specific questions to know their motivation to sell, expected price/offer, house condition, upgrades/work done on the home etc.
-Use Google Voice as a dialer (if you do not have your own).
-Edit spreadsheets on Microsoft Excel to document all calls.
-Create notes on Evernote to document information for motivated leads.
-Send reports to me once completed.
