Daily Tasks:
Make upwards of 100 calls per day
Sound cheerful, happy and excited on every call
Master preset scripts during sales call
Handle any objection prospect has about selling their home
Ask key questions during sales call
Request a scheduled day and time for Professionals to visit property
Handle any objections seller has about scheduling appointment
Take note of details mentioned in prospect conversations
Notify Listing Manager of Potential Prospect with contact and appointment details Followup with prospect until Listing Agreement has been signed
Wait for Listing to close and collect Commission
