My name is Afina Madoian.
I'm a singer/actress based in Los Angeles, California.
I am looking for a dedicated, trustworthy, resourceful, and hardworking virtual assistant who will overtake some of my day-to-day duties related to music and acting.
Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
1.Submit a minimum of 200+/day (total of 1000 applications/week) applications for auditions on several platforms: Backstage, CastingNetworks, Actorsaccess, etc.
2.Review the portfolio and notify if certain information is outdated. Participate in the improvement of the portfolio by doing the comparison analysis and providing feedback.
3.Participate in the building of the "go-to-market strategy." Search for new platforms and other online opportunities to submit for auditions and get exposed to a bigger audience. Fill in the profile on the new platforms with the required information.
4.Maintain the Google calendar with the upcoming events up to date.
5.Assist with social-media.
6.Notify when a self-tape is required to proceed with an audition, upload the new video and lead the conversation with the person who offers the job.
7. Be a motivated team-player!
Key Qualities:
* Applicant should excel at written and verbal correspondence.
* At least 3 years of experience in marketing planning and strategizing, preferably in the music industry
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Experience with Microsoft Office, Ubersuggest, Project-Management tools, and others
* Experience editing videos and creating graphic content for social media
* Must be highly discreet & trustworthy due to the confidential nature of this role
* Hours will be determined on application. The candidate will need to be available to answer calls/messages outside of hours if needed.
* Tech-savvy
