Virtual Assistant

We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, part time VA for our e-commerce store. As we expand, opportunity to grow into a full time role.

Responsibilities
Provide customer service as first point of contact
Create order forms through our partner courier platform (LBC)
Influencer Research and Outreach on TikTok and Instagram

Requirements
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, google drive
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organisational skills
