Creative Director / ecommerce experience

We are an amazon brand building company based in Germany, and currently looking for a creative director / brand creative strategist to join our team.

Our brands have mainly presence on amazon, our website, social media, and have various offline advertising materials like brochures, photos, images, packaging etc and some of the projects you will be working on include the bellow:

> Create new brands from scratch and refresh current brands.
That includes everything from brand aesthetic ideation, to packaging, to print collaterals, amazon listings and website creation. You will also optimize current brands brand strategies to increase conversion rate.

>On Amazon:
-Design amazon listing images and creatives for store and enhanced brand content.
-Create systems to continuously improve our conversion rate by A/B testing different marketing approaches, creatives, and more.

>Social media graphics creation
You will be responsible for the creative strategy and creation of creatives for the brands across social media like Facebook & instagram

YOUR BACKGROUND:

>You should be an integrated creative director, with both (direct response) copywriting and hands on design experience.
>1+ years of UI/UX design experience (visual architecture, landing page design, etc.), graphic design skills (AI/PSD/etc.) and an excellent eye for design
>Creative direction and project management experience of teams
>Experience ideating, creating and managing A/B tests
>Brand creation/strategy experience and detailed knowhow of branding frameworks
