We have a group of Canadian based businesses involved in e-commerce and print on demand product fulfillment. We supply print-on-demand products directly from the source in China and the USA to our clients all over the world. We are a young, dynamic, and fast-growing company with teammates in various countries around the world.
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to increase our conversion rate. We want to build long term relationships with our members and work together on our goals for many years to come. We are big believers in the power of compounding over time which is why we just want to work with members that have the same intentions.
Responsibilities
UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software, especially Adobe CC products. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web, we would like to call you. Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our audience’ needs.
Requirements:
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with UI/UX Manager
Portfolio of design projects to be reviewed.
Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables)
Willing to work using Adobe XD. Basic Adobe XD experience is a plus, if not,
Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Able to learn/improve skills, such as Adobe XD from various tutorials.
Must have a good sense of what makes a good design relating to user
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
Conduct layout adjustments based on user experience. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
Team spirit; strong communication
Reliable internet connection
Good time-management skills
BSc in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field
