Youtube Thumbnail Expert Designer

We are looking for a few YouTube Thumbnail Designers.
We need a few Designers that can research and come up with their own ideas for thumbnail designs.
You will need to go to YouTube, search for a Keyword phrase and see what are the top 10 videos are and then create a Thumbnail that stands out vs the Top 10 video thumbnails.
You MUST provide a link to previous thumbnails that you have created.
Also, please let me know typically how long it takes you to create a thumbnail.
